Runs then quits for no reason. Dead shorts, bad grounds and corroded connectors, found properly instead of guessed at.
Intermittent electrical faults are the work we are best known for, and north central Florida manufactures them. Machines here get run through standing water in the wet season, parked wet, and vibrated over limerock. Water wicks up a harness, a ground strap corrodes under a clean-looking bolt, and the machine starts cutting out on one particular bump. Parts cannon does not fix that. Testing does.

The runs-fine-then-quits fault, traced with the machine loaded and hot rather than sitting on a bench cold.
Battery, starter, solenoid, kill circuits, safety switches and the ignition path, tested in order.
Stator, regulator/rectifier and charging output under load, which is where a battery that keeps dying usually leads.
Ground straps, chassis grounds and connector pins, the number one cause of ghost faults on a machine that sees water.
Chafed and melted harness sections repaired and re-loomed properly, not wrapped in tape and sent out.
Winches, light bars and audio wired in without a fuse or a relay are a common source of drains and shorts. We find them and redo them right.
The shop is at 106 NW 10th Ave, Williston, FL 32696, and machines come to us from across Levy, Marion, Alachua and Gilchrist counties. These are the towns we see most for electrical and diagnostics.
That is our favorite work. A customer brought us an ATV that had been cutting out for over a month with nobody able to find it, and we had it fixed in two days. Intermittent faults need testing under the condition that causes them, which is exactly what we do.
Get it to us before you keep riding it. Water in a harness or a connector gets worse every ride, and water in a case or an airbox is a much bigger bill a week later.
Yes, and we see a lot of it. Accessory installs done without fuses, relays or proper grounds are a regular cause of the faults we get called about.
Oil changes, belts, brakes, filters and a real check-over on quads and side-by-sides, done by people who ride the same ground you do.
Engine & DrivetrainTop ends, clutches, belts, axles and gearboxes. The parts that strand you a long way from the truck.
Tires & WheelsMud tires mounted and balanced, wheels swapped, plugs, leaks and grooved tires sorted while you wait where we can.
Send us the make, model and what it is doing. You get a clear price before anything is touched.
